We value your business and ask that you respect Touch of Ayurveda’s scheduling policies.Should you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the 50% of the scheduled service.  A " No call No show"  for your appointment is considered a cancellation and will be charged accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, you are considered a no show, and will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. If you are running late PLEASE TEXT TO NOTIFY, and we will let you know if you can still be seen or have to rescheduled. Upon arrival please wait in car and TEXT that you have arrived.

 

PLANNING YOUR VISIT:

• All visiting clients SHOULD FILL OUT both COVID CONSENT FORM and SERVICE CONSENT FORM prior to your appointment. Available on the home page or Contact page via QR code.

• Please do not bring anyone in with you to your appointment, including children, friends or relatives. We are following strict social distancing guidelines to keep clients and staff safe.

• If you are exhibiting  ANY COVID-19 symptoms, have a low-grade fever, have been traveling or if you have been exposed, we respectfully require that you move your appointment to at least 14 days after you have been symptom-free.

• Please bring minimal personal items to the Suite. We encourage you to leave your bags/personal items in your   car.

• We require that you have all necessary paperwork emailed/scanned to preetbuttar@hotmail.com
